Concierge
Our concierge service offers a variety of support for our community. Our friendly door staff are always available to help unload groceries, manage packages and ensure the safety of our residents.
We also offer a variety of amenities and services to make our tenants’ lives easier, including a laundry room, mail services, and an on-site fitness center. Our goal is to make Tower West the perfect place to call home.
Pool
Tower West's pool offers tremendous views of the city while you're swimming or taking in the sun. We provide an enjoyable experience for residents and their guests. The pool is operational from Memorial Day until Labor Day and we have lifeguards on-duty daily to ensure safety. Additionally, we offer lap swimming every morning. The Tower West pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the comforts of the summer.
Fitness Room & Sauna
Our fitness room provides our residents with a wide range of cardio machines and free weights. We also provide a sauna to help take the edge off. Feel free to take in the beauty of the Manhattan skyline while you work out. The gym and sauna are open 24/7, offering freedom to workout as your schedule permits.
Resident & Guest Parking Garage
Our newly refurbished parking garage is conveniently located adjacent to the Tower West building, and can be accessed via the rear lobby. Our parking garage has five levels of parking available for residents, with elevator and stair access to each level. We also provide assigned parking spots for residents, as well as temporary guest parking for visitors.
Promenade Areas
Our North and South promenades are perfect spot for outdoor recreation and relaxation. Our north promenade offers great outdoor space for events, BBQs and lounging. Residents can host parties in the space with an incredible view of Manhattan. The South promenade is right next to the pool, and is great for lounging and enjoying meals with friends.
Laundry Room
At Tower West, we understand the value of convenience in your daily routine—which is why our modern laundry room is available to residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you prefer to get chores done early in the morning or late at night, you can count on having clean, well-maintained machines ready when you need them. A dedicated on-site laundry facility saves you time and the hassle of traveling to a laundromat, giving you more freedom to focus on what matters most.
